Delinquent Tax Bills The list of delinquent tax bills is also available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Sheriff’s office located at 112 Second St. Suite 102 in the Lewis County Courthouse. Additionally, a listing of the delinquent property tax bills will be posted on the Lewis County Sheriff website beginning on April 1, 2008 and continuing for a period of not less than 30 days. The listing of delinquent property tax bills on the website will be updated weekly. The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) for the internet website is www.lewiscountysheriff.org. The sheriff’s tax sale of the delinquent 2007 property tax bills will be held at 112 Second St. Suite 102 at the Lewis County Courthouse on April 30, 2008 at 10:00 am.
